Pony Eyes....
So I have this weird thing for taking pictures of horses eyes. I just think they are so expressive and interesting so today I hung out in the pasture and took pictures of Titan and SeaBiscut's eyes. Some of the shots actually turned out really cool. Also I really liked this shot of Titan's ears- he was watching Chance try to play with Blue. The first two eyes are Titan and the 3rd is Biscut.

You know, a non-horse person just might not "get it," here, much prefering to see a whole horse. Those of us who "know" can read a world into those eyes and ears.
Titan really does look young in that second one. All innocent wide eyed. Biscuit has a very wise expression. And the ears? Boy, whatever he thought of that game, it surely was interesting. Such intensity!
I'm with ya there. I LOVE taking eye-pix. My horse has a blue chip in one of his eyes, and that just looks amazing. I like getting part of the bridle in the pic too. I wish he had a forelock like those horses do though.
I love horse's eyes too! :-) I have a really good photo of our newest addition (Stormy, a QH mare) but I still want to get good eye pic of our paint horse - he's my fav!
